(The Foundation, or similar). We recognize that visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us and how we use that information. OUR POLICIES
The Foundation is committed to respecting the privacy of our visitors, donors, program participants and similar. The Foundation does not trade, share or sell donor lists. Donors who supply The Foundations with their phone number, email or mailing address or may be contacted periodically for solicitation purposes and/or information regarding upcoming events. The Foundation does not send mailings on behalf of other organizations unless the donor has given The Foundation specific permission to do so.

The use of personal information will be limited to our internal use and that use will be to further the program activities and mission of The Foundation. All who give The Foundation their information have the option to contact us via email, phone or other to request they no longer receive communications.
All requests to be removed from The Foundation’s emailing/mailing list shall be honored.

We do not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. If you make a donation, register for an event we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information.
Generally, our uses of Personal Information collected online include responding to inquiries, sending surveys/seeking feedback, advertising events, enabling you to make a donation or purchase something, or providing you with information, such as sending marketing communications and newsletters.

The Foundation will retain your Personal Information to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
