ADDITIONAL TOOLS

Here are a few tools we love, that may support your therapy journey, or overall wellbeing if talk therapy is not a fit.

The Unfolding Podcast, presented by the Loveland Foundation, offers heartfelt conversations with mental health experts, advocates, and storytellers to support your healing journey.

The Loveland Foundation’s YouTube series Unraveled, hosted by Aseanté Renee and LaToya Maria, has offered a transformative look into the intersection of mental and body work.

This innovative series explores the synergy between mental health and self-care, providing viewers with practical tools for balanced well-being. In addition to Unraveled, the channel continues to
produce dedicated mental health resource videos, reinforcing its commitment to accessible and impactful content.

THIS LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE.

Many of the organizations and individuals mentioned have their own resource pages for the public. We encourage you to use the resources listed here as a baseline for your research. Our small but mighty team will update this list as new and aligned resources and tools become available. If you are with an organization interested in being considered for this directory see here for more information.

Thank you for trusting us along your mental health journey. We are truly grateful.
