We are so proud of the ways The Loveland Foundation has been to support Black women, girls and nonbinary folks across the country through our core program, the Loveland Therapy Fund. In addition to receiving vouchers covering their therapy, Loveland Therapy Fund recipients continue to enjoy quarterly support groups, workshops, curated wellness resources and access to public programming.
GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT
In recent years, the Loveland Foundation has been able to expand programming beyond our core offering, the Loveland Therapy Fund. In this expansion, we’ve been offering therapists serving Loveland Therapy Fund recipients professional development, continuing education workshops and resources. Since 2021, professional development workshops and resources have been provided in partnership with organizations including, Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center, The Renfrew Center and The Calla Collective. Additionally, a new offering that kicked off in 2022 was our Healers Circle series facilitated by The Axon Group. These closed support groups provided a beautiful space for therapists to check in and be held in a season where they are holding so much for others.
